Terms of Use
1. The service
WebVyze, operated by Weboption Web Design e Treinamento Sociedade Unipessoal LTDA (CNPJ 45.595.786/0001-75), headquartered in Florianópolis/SC, audits and monitors public websites (accessibility, privacy, security, performance and SEO), points out issues along with the applicable law, and verifies fixes. WebVyze never modifies the websites it analyzes.
2. Limitations
Results are automated and indicate risk. They are not a certification, technical report or legal opinion. Some WCAG and legal criteria require human review, which WebVyze flags.
3. Account and access
You are responsible for your account credentials, the members you invite and the API tokens you issue. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
Register only websites you manage or for which you have authorization from the owner. Using WebVyze to overload, break into or test the security of third-party websites, to circumvent limits, or to resell access without an agreement is prohibited.
5. Credits, plans and payment
Audits, pages analyzed in a browser and verifications consume credits, according to the table shown in the app. Unused credits from an analysis are refunded automatically. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds and chargebacks remove the corresponding credits; a chargeback may suspend the account pending review.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability, but the service may have maintenance windows and third-party failures (analyzed websites, cloud providers, integrations).
7. Integrations
By connecting third-party services (Jira, Slack, Google, Meta, etc.), you authorize WebVyze to use the credentials provided solely for the features you have enabled. The terms of those services continue to apply.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time under Account › Privacy. We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms, fraud or non-payment.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WebVyze's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of automated results.
10. Intellectual property
WebVyze (software, code, rule catalog, texts, brand and design) is the exclusive property of Weboption Web Design e Treinamento Sociedade Unipessoal LTDA. These terms grant only the right to use the service while the subscription is in effect; no code or property rights are transferred. Copying, reverse engineering, extracting the rule catalog or creating a competing service from WebVyze is prohibited. The data, websites and content you register remain yours; you authorize us to process them to provide the service. Open-source components used by WebVyze are governed by their own licenses (see Third-party licenses).
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's domicile are chosen as the venue, where applicable; in all other cases, the courts of the judicial district of Florianópolis/SC.
